Don't have to even push a button. South Korea now has a robot sentry tower that they use to guard the DMZ. Normally it operates in human supervised mode but if they want they can flip a switch and it will acquire targets and fire autonomously with no human intervention at all. I imagine these UAVs have a similar option. They have a human being in the loop, but they don't actually need a human there and most likely there is an "autonomous operation" mode.
