I think it would be very difficult to award Susan Boyle 1st considering she sang the same song (along with a few other finalists) she did in her audition. She is good, but with an act like Diversity, she pales in comparison. Took a lot more effort to do what they did than to sing the same damn song again which is what she, shaheen, and 2 Grand did.

(It was said that she received her entire fee.) The dancing bit was probably her mother's idea to surprise the judges. Hollie later said that she had wanted to wear a pretty dress. (She got to do just that in the semifinal & final.)
